You must know how to install opencart plugins properly.
In case you are not sure about installation, you can have our service to install it safely else in case of any loss we are not responsible .
Backup Your store before installing our plugin.
You must restore your store if plugins behave unexpectedly.
There can be conflicts between plugins that might disturb your store functionality, in that case uninstall the plugin and contact us.
We will provide free support for paid plugins but that support doesn’t include
- If plugin has conflict with other plugins you already have.
- You have edited Opencart default theme templates.
- You are using third party theme.
- Your store has been modified by any other developer.
We don’t offer refunds for plugins, you can ask opencart support to refund plugins in case you aren’t satisfied.
